The Better Detroit Youth Movement is organizing The First Annual Detroit 2009 Million Father March, a city-wide campaign that encourages fathers to accompany their child or children to the first day of school.
This initiative will be used to increase community, parent and student involvement throughout the school year by working with fathers, mothers, citizens and groups who are committed to better youth education.
